

1- Wrestling :
Wrestling was a popular sport in Ancient Egypt. Wrestling as a sport has the best visual documentation. Numerous representations of pairs of wrestlers have been preserved since the early decades of the Egyptian history. In the third millennium till the end of the New Kingdom in the eleventh century BC, this sport discipline was prestigious. Most of the wrestling scenes came from the Middle Kingdom; Most prominent of which were the scenes of the tombs of the princes of the Antelope District in Middle Egypt.
2- Stick Fighting :
Stick Fighting become quite popular during the reign of the New Kingdom, which the ancient Egyptian considered closely related to wrestling. The Ancient Egyptian, as it was already mentioned, preferred to include both wrestling an stick fighting in their sport programs.
3- Fencing :
Fencing may have began as a sport for soldiers. A wooden sword was used by them, and a narrow shield was fastened to the left arm.
