Here are some Asian birds:-

Kingfisher ~ Swallows fish head first so that the fins or spines don't get caught in it's throat.

Tawny Owl ~ Wingspan of 94 to 104cm. Length 47 to 39cm. Weight 300 to 590g.

 Peregrine falcon ~ Eyes are larger and heavier than humans spot prey on the ground from a height of 30cm. 

Bar-headed goose ~ Seen flying at 9,000 meters when above the Himalayan mountains.
