An invitation to think

Nowadays over seventy-five per cent of the world population dies cause fame, sickness and war; over twenty-five per cent of the world population lives thanks to these fame, sickness and war. In today war over ninety per cent of war victims are women, children or old people "the principal reason of the war existence isn't a secret humanity desire of death, nether an unbelievable killing instinct, nether the disarmament cost, but probably the international affairs instability [...] Our matter is not considering unbelievable situations, but that we just don't think over these matters" Hannah Arendt.
Every year each government spends considerable sums of money to improve its armament, to fabricate new weapons, to instruct women and children to fight. Every year we watch the great nations' engagement to improve their war strategy. Why? There is only an answer: to swiftly kill women and children; to destroy hospitals, streets, bridges, shops, archives. Why? To spend energies, resources and finances and above all build new quarters, armored cars, missiles, guns, helmets and uniforms and again to instruct and pay women and children to fight, improve war strategies and technologies to destroy what hardly was reconstructed and what hardly was returning: voices, faces and women, men and children hope.

Why?
