| Access was a stiff way to learnOur team access to the computer is nothing to write about because of the expensive amount of money one has to forgo before one can access the net. Not talking of getting a connection to ones computer. Looking at our technology and the communication problem I have to go through to communicate with my team member in the United States. I spent nothing less than $600 per month, not realizing where the income of the money. For me and my team mate who now reside in the states, communication with her will be very difficult in terms of passing message across to the other party with different time zone which one has to risk to realize ones success in the competition. I and my teammate both have a computer. Hers is Internet connected while mine is not lack of huge financial back up which nobody is willing to help not even my parents who are iliterate in terms of technology access (Lack of ignorance of the government). With this competition in place one has to forgo nothing less than $70 per day as per time usage at the cybercafe. Living at the North Pole of victoria-island in Lagos, Nigeria. Where I can't get access to the phone to connect my computer with, one has to do the working (typing of documents) for the site and designing a site without a basic knowledge of what one is doing. Having it at the back of our mind that we just have to do it or let go .I will truly confess access to technology will be stiff and difficult. But let see as time goes on. |
