Welcome...
The most famous of mythologies around the world are that of
the Greek and the Romans. Rome in fact copied the Greek gods, changing
their names when they invaded Greece. In this site, we have chosen
to concentrate on the Greek myths themselves, since the Roman myths
are almost identical.
Although no
immediate knowledge is required for the understanding of these stories,
it would be a great advantage if one was acquainted with the main
characters in Greek Mythology. Creation provides the basic foundation
in the principle gods of Greek Mythology, but if one is interested
in finding out more about the extensive range of characters in Greek
Mythology, do browse through the many links provided.
