Hi! My name is Clark. I'm a DARE graduate. You should not use drugs because they can really mess you up! Now, most people are thinking, one cigarette won't hurt. But mark my words, you will get sucked into smoking. Once you start, it's so hard to stop.

My family and I went to an ice cream shop one evening. Two people in front of us must have been on mass quantities of marijuana. Their eyes were red, glassy, and puffy, and they had no idea of what was going on. One person ordered drinks and the other person stood where they were standing and turned to his right and started talking to air because he had no clue the other person had even left! That's how drugs can affect the way you act.

When I was in 5^th grade, Officer Barragan, my DARE Officer, was so great. He knew exactly what to do and what to say. So, if you don't want to turn out like the person at the ice cream shop, stick to Officer Barragan's words.
