FARE is a junior high branch. It was founded in 2000 by three CARE students. They felt that there was a gap in the community's programs.

FARE meets twice a month, like the DARE Club. High school CARE members lead the group activities

and sessions. At each meeting, they eat and play a fun game. Every other meeting there is an educational lesson about safety or peer pressure. Sometimes FARE works on community projects. The group recently planted and maintained gardens at the local public safety building.

The idea behind FARE is to bridge the gap between DARE in elementary school and CARE in high school, hopefully steering more students to a drug and alcohol-free lifestyle and to eventually join CARE in high school.
