This section will teach you how to determine the correct shutter speed and f-stop when taking a photograph. Imagine the inside of a camera. When you press the button to take a picture, you always hear a "snap." The camera opened a small hole behind the lens and revealed an image to the negative. In other words, the shutter pulled back and allowed light through the aperture. On a manual camera, you can control how long the shutter will open and how wide the aperture will be.
