Sentosa is an island off mainland Singapore. Located at the Southern tip of Singapore, Sentosa is the ideal relaxation chalet-cum-beach resort. There are various tour sites in Sentosa, and there are a few must-see attractions like the Underwater World; the Dolphin Lagoon and the Fantasy Island.
The Underwater World is actually an tunnel built under the man-made aquarium in Sentosa. Separated from the seawater from a thickpane of fibre-glass, visitors have a feeling of being underwater. There are occasion divers entertaining the visitors by feeding the sharks and stingrays.
The Dolphin Lagoon has been added recently. It houses about 20 of the rare pink dolphins in the world. These dolphins are born grey, like normal dolphins, but the older they get, their skin will get a pink tinge. These dolphins are really charming and visitors can actually interact with them. Some even get the opportunity to get to swim with these dolphins in the lagoon.
The Fantasy Island is a water activity based Theme Park. There are slides and wave pool and many exciting activities. One can sit in a rubber float and slide down a twirly slide with four other friends. You can also grab a sibling or close friend to slide down the "Black Hole" where you sit in a rubber tube and slide down a dark and enclosed tunnel.
