drawing as shown below.

command to place the dimensions. These are the three
dimensions icons:

text callouts. These are created by using the Arrow

The first one is for vertical dimensions.
When the Dimension command prompts for
"First Point?" and "Second Point?",
use the appropriate Snap settings as
shown below. When the prompt becomes "Text
Location?" drag the mouse to indicate where you want
the dimension line and text to be positioned. The
dimension text will be very small because the drawing is
large. To make the text visible, go to Paper
Settings 
and change the Scale to 0.125 to 1.
