The purpose of building the pyramidThe purpose of building the pyramid:
Many amateurs expressed many opinions about the use of the pyramid. Some of them said that the priests wrote the futuristic events of the history of the world from 4000 BC until 2000 AD Hence, we find scientists in continuous search to establish a relation between history and the directions and the move of the passages and rooms inside the pyramid. Finally, they reached to a descending passage inside the pyramid. This passage represents humanity in its way of ignorance, evil, and decadence. The gathering point between the descending and ascending passage represents mankind divided into two groups. The first group continues its descending under the effect of evil spirits until the pit of the lower well. However, the secgroup gets to the ascending passage with the guof the educational heavenly messages until it reaches the big hall where there are light and brightness. When this group reaches the end of the big hall, it has to pass through an ordeal of disorder and confusion in the room preceding the king’s room. This stage is a stage of purification before entering the king’s room where it gets the glory of the second arrival or the second birth.
According to one of the scientists in this field, he said that this predictable chronology is founded on the basis of sequential signs that exist along the passages and rooms where the inch inside the pyramid represents six years (starting from the birth of mankind till the day of final judgment). However, this explanation is more imaginative rather than real. Most of them claimed that the end of the world would be by the year 2000, according to what they deduced from the pyramid or according to what they allege. In fact, the truth has become vivid when nothing has happened by year 2000. However, they’ll claim another year to be the end of the world. Therefore, we say that the pyramid is still a mystery to scientists and learners.
It has been said also that the pyramid is built as an observatory to watch the sky. The way of observation depends on the ability of one of the observers in the queen’s room. He determines the time of observation, with the other observer who exists in the big hall, by means of a sundial or a sand glass. By this, it is possible to make the required congruence in many readings of star appearance or disappearance through the scope of sight in the big hall. Through, looking at the descending passage, the observer can recognize the exact moment of the star passage. It is the only moment which the star light is reflected on the water surface. There is a similar way that is used in one of the American marine telescopes in Washington.
Who built the pyramid?
This question might be strange for some people, because it is known that the ancient Egyptians build the pyramid in Cheops’s era. This is what most of the people know. However, some amateurs don’t know this. They’ve never heard that the Egyptians build the biggest pyramid. Hence, those amateurs kept weaving legends and superstitions on building the pyramid. They kept saying that the pyramid was built over 100 thousand years ago, (I .e) before the appearance of the Egyptians and before the establishment of the Egyptian civilization. They also kept on saying that those who built the pyramid came from the lost Atlantis continent. The strange thing is that they didn’t stop at this, but some of them tried to prove that those who built the pyramids came from Mars. Isn’t it strange? They have not stopped at forging history or changing some facts, but they kept saying this all over the world without knowing what they’re saying. They’re not specialists, but just amateurs. The clear evidence on their being liars and saying things they aren’t aware of is that they didn’t even try to make a discussion with one of the specialist scientists in Egyptology. However, we reply on them by saying that If you don’t want to have a discussion with the Egyptian scientists, then don’t discuss anything with them and go to Western scientists, who are many, who have written many books on the pharaonic civilization which are considered references for every respected researcher. Ask them and they’ll explain that you’re saying is just lies and guessing. Those scientists are not Egyptians. Hence, they won’t be fanatic, as those amateurs claim about the Egyptian scientists. The following are some situations that happened by those amateurs in a way to prove that the pharaohs have built the pyramids.
N.B.:
These situations didn’t spring out of our imagination, but actually happened and are known. Some tried to hide them informationally. If you don’t believe us, you can ask the learners and scientists in this matter and certainly they will support what we say.The first of these situations took place in 1996 when a French engineer (not followed to any scientific organization) came to Egypt. This engineer has written a book, trying to prove that the lost continent exists. When he reached Egypt, he sent a letter to the archaeological organization asking them to give him a permission to make a hole under the first room of Cheops’ pyramid. He claimed that the purpose of making this hole is to know the nature of the rock above which the pyramid is built. Therefore, a committee has been formed to study his project, some objected saying that the cause of this hole is to find evidences about the lost continent. Unfortunately, The first archaeological officials agreed on this project and making a hole. What was the result? This engineer didn’t find anything. This was a clear evidence of adopting false ideas. After that, this engineer wrote a valueless book that doesn’t deserve even reading.
The second situation is the coming of an American shipping worker from Los Angeles who called himself Osoris. He thought that there was a tunnel in the first lower burial room inside the pyramid which extended up to 100 meters underground. He claimed that this tunnel ended with a room which included “David pipes”. That laborer met Dr. Zahi Hawwas who said that this tunnel has no scientific supports. However, this laborer asked for license in order to discover those pipes, as a reply Dr. Zahi Hawwas told the laborer that he did not have the legal authority by which he can give him permission to discover the pipes.
After a while Dr. Zahi entered the pyramid with that laborer after he had begged him because he was the only one who knew its way and could determine it. When Dr. Zahi Hawwas came out of the pyramid, he felt sorry for the time he had wasted with that laborer because they found nothing. Those events took place one year after the fall of a stone from the sphinx’s shoulders at 1.30 p.m. in February. At that time, the guard of the sphinx has insulted the archeologist responsible for the sphinx area. Therefore this guard was transferred to the northern oasis but he refused and resigned. During the tour of the American laborer in the pyramids area, he met that guard and they agreed together to create a false story which shook the whole of Egypt.
The story said that some archeologists in the pyramids area had dropped the stone and they had bribed the guard in order to keep him silent. The American took a videotape containing this speech from the guard and gave it to Giza security Directorate. Investigations on this subject continued for two years. (Finally Yaser Fouad) the general prosecutor was able to discover the secret of that conspiracy and published it in newspapers.
This man did not calm down. He sent another young man to try to discover the evidences which prove the existence of the Atlantis continent and that the Egyptian government hides these evidences and does not want to declare them. He condemned the Egyptian archeologists who did not allow him to search for those so-called evidences.
He did not feel satisfied by doing that, but he established a web site to be a fixed place in which he talks about his claims. As a result, the Egyptian government established a web site for Giza on the Internet in order to declare in it the facts and the scientific discoveries and to answer all these false claims. As for the third situation, an American who has made some non-scientific researches, published articles in which he talked about the existence of the pyramids and the sphinx on Mars. He said that the people who live on this planet are the ones who have built the pyramids. That man attached pictures to his articles which showed the planet with pyramidal feigns on it. What do you think a bout this? Imagine that the inhabitants of Mars are the ones who have built the pyramids. When the scientists specialized in space were asked this question, they answered that this may happen and that those huge structures are not buildings but they are probably geological structures.
The Egyptian famous scientist professor Farouk Ereplied to all these superstitions. However, the man claimed that Farouk Elbaz discovered the evidences whprove that the pyramid exist on during his work in (NASA) and he did not announce this discovery uptil now because he is Egyptian. That American did not stop at forging history but he defamed a man respected worldwide because of his abundant science and his scientific researches.
Let’s move from America to Belgium where a Belgian engineer of Egyptian origin, wrote a book under the name of Orion Group. In brief, the idea of that book is that the pharaohs have built the three pyramids of Giza since nearly 10,000 years ago in order to be thoroughly opposite to the three main stars of the Orion Group. That book pointed out also that the other stars in the Orion Group in the sky are opposite to Abou Rawwash pyramids in the north and Zawiet El-Erian, Sakkara and Dahshour in the south. The book claimed that the pyramid is not a grave for the pharaoh but it is an observatory, and that through the openings in the burial room, the king contacts the stars. It’s a strange story because they do not have a single scientific support for what this book says. However, the international media have adopted this idea and paved the way for the writers of these books to present their ideas.
There is evidence that proves that this idea is wrong. From the archeological perspective, the pyramid of Abou-Rawwash built by king Kafra’a or Dedef Raa, the son of king Cheops could not be within MASTEX PLAN, that is to say within a set general plan because that king came into power by force after his father’s death and after he became a regent via his mother’s help and became the king. Then he left Giza in order to build his pyramid in Abou Rawwash. It is believed that his brother Kafraa killed him after he became the king for 8 years. Then Kafraa returned to build his pyramid directly to the south of his father’s pyramid.
There is a part dropped by the ones who adopted Alorion idea, (i.e.) the Abou Seer and the south of Sakkara pyramids were found to have no stars opposite to them and no explanation was given in this regard. Moreover, there was no civilization 10,000 years ago as they claimed, because it is known that the pre-dynasties era or the age of food production started 5000 (BC) and that the first dynasty began 3000 (BC) If we suppose that there was a civilization since that time, then where are the registers or the monuments which prove this civilization. There is another point in which they pointed out in their book that the ancient Egyptians built the pyramids 10,000 years ago. However in the book a Message from the sphinx written by the same engineer and an English writer-they said that the Atlantis continent and its people are the ones who can do this planning. Meanwhile there is not a single proof of the existence of this continent is and it is an illusion. Hence, there a sharp contradiction among their views.
A book has been recently published in New York which proves that the existence of this continent was illusive and that it does not exist. At the same time, the discoveries in the pyramid’s area prove the existence of the villages of the workers and their bakeries, and the officials’ titles which prove that the ancient Egyptians are the builders of the pyramids (we will talk about this in the evidences that prove that the ancient Egyptians are the builders of the pyramids).
It has been recently discovered that the Northern opening in the queen’s room inside the pyramid is completely blocked after 19 m. This shows that the king had not communicated with the stars through the openings. Through these points which we have explained, we find that the writers of this book were mistaken and that there is no evidence to prove their claim.
Arguments took place between the specialized Egyptologists and the writers of these books in Virginia beach. In conclusion those authors announced that they were mistaken and that the three pyramids in Giza were built by Cheops, Khafraa and Menkaura in the fourth dynasty which begins from (4600 BC). But the sole difference between them and the Egyptologists was that the pyramid is not a tomb but an observatory, although there are many evidences which prove that the pyramids are nothing but tombs. This difference is just a normal difference in opinions.
Regrettably despite all this effort exerted by our scientists we find that some of the Egyptians who are supposed to defend their grandfathers’ civilization publish books to prove that the pharaohs are not the builders of the pyramids. The following situation happened with Dr. Zahi Hawwas who is considered one of the most famous Egyptologists. He met an Egyptian youth who was below thirty and works as an accountant in Egypt. This young man has published a book entitled “ The Pharaohs, Thieves of Civilization.” When Dr. Zahi examined it, he did not find any single correct information or idea proved by evidence. This young man tried to prove of Cheops were not the pharaohs but Cheops has called it after himself. Moreover, this young man believes that the builders of that pyramid are the Aad and Thamood who lived in Egypt and people who Egypt and whose height was about 36 m. Really it is a respect-worthy opinion. Isn’t it? .
The young man explained how those people built the pyramids. The doctor tried to clarify that the Aad and Thamood people lived in the Arabian Peninsula and that the Thamoodian writings have been found during a mission including Dr. Zahi working for the Arab League at the entrance of the caves in El-Mudiriyya, south of Yemen. In addition, the average height of the ancient Egyptians from the first dynasty up to the Roman era is from 75 to 185 cm which is similar to his Egyptian grandchildren.
Concerning the bigness of the statues in front of the temples, this was to picture the greatness of the god king while defeating his enemies. His real height appears while offering sacrifices to the gods. Nevertheless, the young man was not convinced and said that he has evidence that there were great skeletons found in Sohag for persons who were about 36 m tall. To make the young man sure that they are fabrications and allegations Dr. Zahi Hawwas contacted Mr. Ahmed El-Sawi, the professor of archeology at the faculty of Arts in the Southern valley. Mr. Ahmed explained that it was all nonsense and that he had not found such skeletons. However, it seemed that the young man had an inner power that made him feel that what he says is correct so he wasn’t convinced.
There is another famous situation when a former Prime Minister declared in New York before visiting Egypt that he was so pleased to visit the pyramids which his grandfathers had built. He came to Egypt and visited the pyramid where the persons in charge told him that his people immigrated to Egypt 700 years after building the pyramids. Not a single name of one of his people has been found in the tombs of the ancient state. Moreover, if they were civilization makers, why such civilization has not been manifested in any place they had settled in before? !
At the end of his visit, a female Egyptian reporter asked him about his opinion and if he still thinks that his people have built the pyramids, he replied that he is sure now that the Egyptians are the builders of the pyramids.
We go back again to the (U.S.A.) Where a famous American radio commentator, in his daily program “The New Age” which is broadcast for four hours at 1AM and in which many citizens take part. In the program which is admired by many everywhere, the commentator said that an Egyptian inspector of archeology found a statue inside the room known as the queen’s room. When a hole was made inside the statue, rolls of papyrus which prove the existence of the lost continent were found in the statue. This proves that the pyramid is not a pure Egyptian building, but it is one of the monuments of the imaginary continent. He also pointed out that the Egyptian government had dismissed that inspector because he had said that the pyramid is a non-Egyptian buil. The commentator tries to prove that it is impossible for the ancient Egyptians to cut a 15-ton stone. He alleged that in the (U.S.A) they try to make experiments to move stones, 50 men failed to move just a 10-ton stone. This commentator had to be rebutted because his program affects greatly many viewers.
After sometime the commentator and his wife made a quick visit to Egypt by sea and his ship landed at Alexandria. He had been acquainted with Dr. Zahi Hawwas during the latter’s visit to the (U.S.A) When the couple went to Cairo and met Dr. Zahi Hawwas in a library in the pyramid monuments area. After welcoming them, Dr. Hawwas wanted to prove to the commentator that the Egyptians are the pyramid builders. Dr Hawwas brought a scale model of a 30 meter deep well, in which there was a 60-ton coffin. Dr Hawwas asked the commentator how the ancient Egyptians could put that coffin inside that deep well. The man answered quickly saying that it is impossible for a human being to do that, and was impossible to be done only by the pharaohs equipment. Dr Hawwas explained saying that well had been discovered in Abou Seer archaeological area, a few months ago, in a grave which was owned by the head of the royal palace. Another vertical well which extends from the ground surface to the depth of the main well was discovered beside it. Then the ancient Egyptian filled the main well up with sand and put the coffin and the sand parallel to the ground surface. Then the workers withdrew the sand from the lower layer of the well. Thus, the coffin was lowered to the bottom of the well. At the same time, the sand was lowered down without being touched by any human. The commentator was astonished on hearing this. Afterwards, Dr Hawwas accompanied him to see a site that includes the graves of the employees who lived at the time of king Cheops, where restoration work was being done to their graves by adding good lime stones brought from Helwan quarries. Some of those stones weighed from 3 to 5 tons. They stood in front of a worker who was 60 years old.
Dr Hawwas asked him if he believed that that worker could break that stone into two halves. His wife answered saying it was impossible. The commentator and his wife witnessed a strange experiment. The old man stood on the stone and drew a straight line with a pencil on the stone surface from its beginning to its end. The line divided the stone into two halves. The old man then put a piece of iron in the middle of the stone and hit it with an axe till it was driven down in the stone. Afterwards the worker hit the iron piece with his axe for one minute after which the stone split into two completely unbroken halves. Dr Hawwas then told the commentator that that worker was really the grandson of the pharaohs. The commentator kept talking about this experiment for one year, and became one of the greatest defenders of the Egyptian civilization in front of some of the foreigners who favoured the idea of a human being’s inability to cut these stones, and so try to prove that Cheops’ pyramid in particular is not made nor built by the ancient Egyptians. One of the strange stories which deal with the pyramid building was that a Canadian came to Egypt through an informational committee to produce a documentary film about Cheops’ pyramid. He believed that Cheops’ pyramid was a wheat store. As for the three rooms inside the pyramid, they were built by prophet Yousef to avoid the famine crisis which took place in Egypt at the time the Nile water decreased, despite the fact that there are no evidences to prove that the pyramid was suitable for storing wheat. This man tried to put wheat grains inside the coffin which was in the third burial room so as to prove that what he said was true but he was not allowed to do this. So, that man traveled without producing his film.
In 1977, a 70 years old man came to Egypt with 50 Americans. That man became famous for his strange story about the pyramids and the sphinx. The story said that his father, who was a poor carpenter had some medical miracles. He also gave some medical prescriptions.
The man said that the doctors in the (U.S.A) approved his father’s prescriptions. He did this by closing his eyes, untying his necktie and sleeping. Then he gave the medical prescription. The man completed his story by saying that he remained blind for 20 years and then his father was able to restore his sight. His father talked about the past and said that 10, 000 years ago, there was a man called “Ra’a ta” who lived on the lost continent “Atlantis”.
After the destruction of this continent, that man got a metal box in which he put all the technology pertinent to this continent and he flew to Egypt (it seems that this man had an airplane which may be the phantom) and was able to build the pyramid with the Egyptians and the sphinx. He put this box under the sphinx right foot. A conference was held to give an answer to this man and his followers. The scientific facts that were related to the pyramids were made clear but this man kept dreaming of finding this box. Also an Egyptian doctor who believed in this, was able to get permission for digging beside the sphinx this work was done by the doctor’s brother who was working in the field of archeology. Some of the stones had been carried from beside the sphinx and as usual nothing was found. When we go back definitely to the ninth century and before, we find the Arab travelers had indicated that the pyramid had been built by the Sabaians (the people of Saba’a worshipped the stars and came from the Arabian Peninsula).
They also said that the two big pyramids in Giza were a tomb for the Greek god Hermes, the messenger of the gods. As for the third pyramid it was a (residence) for the son of the god “Hermes”. Concerning the reason from building the pyramids, it was to make them a store for sciences and knowledge for fear of being destroyed by the one of the interesting superstitions related to the Giza pyramids. What was narrated by the Arab historian El-Makreezi who said: “the ghost that inhabited the second pyramid was a beautiful naked woman, while the ghost that lived in the third pyramid was a very old man holding an incense burner with both his hands”. We intended to bring the greatest number of stories that were told about the pyramids builders so as to tell those who read these lines how many amateurs and non-specialists had tried to falsify the history and belittle the pharaoh who had fascinated the world with their sciences. Some of these amateurs said that the builders of the big pyramid were from the continent of Atlantis, from Mars the people of Aad and Thamood and from the Jews. What to you think of that?!
Do you think in this we are going to wake up afterwards to see who would say that pyramid’s builders had come from another galaxy!!!
We would find that these amateurs had raised the pharaohs’ importance, contrary to what they wanted because these sorties and tales increased the greatness of the pharaohs and made us look them with a special awe because of their skill in all sciences. These amateurs had to know that the public would leave what these amateurs had written and published and would go directly to the facts and not to the lies. Therefore, they had to stop these trivialities.
The proofs that the pharaohs were the builders of the pyramids:
After mentioning the stories and the lies that had tried to falsify history, some of which were due to ignorance, greed, or just for falsification, we mention hereinafter the proofs that the pharaohs were the pyramid builders. These proofs may be few but convincing and built on correct historical bases and supported by the opinions of the best scientists in this field.
The greatest proof that the Ancient Egyptians were the builders of the pyramid is the discovery pyramid builders. Whereas it was made clear from the digging that nobody was buried in the workers’ cemetery except those who die during work. Dr Zahi Hawwas (who is the head of El-Giza monuments) said that the work cemetery lies south of the great fence known as the crow wall in El-Giza. The lowepart of the cemetery includes sixty burials for the workers and thirty big tombs for their bosses. Dr Zahi Hawwas added saying that not more than 20% of the tombs in the cemetery have discovered.
The first tomb thhad been opened was for a child and afterwards for a lady. This assured that it was not a society for men only, but they were stable families. The cemetery had made clear that there was administrative organized system. The workers were divided into groups and they were given titles that indicated the work they are devoted to do. This shows that the pharaohs did not force the slaves to build the pyramids as Herodot the Greek historian had mentioned when he visited Egypt in the fifth century (B.C).
As it was known, the pyramids were built at the time of the old nation and there were no foreign persons or even slaves in Egypt at that time. Building the pyramids was a national project. Therefore, the families of Egypt shared in building the pyramid because this pyramid was a tomb for the pharaoh, the god’s son. That was why the Ancient Egyptian worked amiably in building the pyramid. So the pyramid was well built and the proof was that it is still in good case until now.
We find that the pyramid’s workers were not slaves but many of them were farmers and ordinary laborers and they were working in the field all the year round. At the time of inund-ation they worked in building.
As we have mentioned, the workers who died during the work were buried at the cemetery, that is to say beside the king or beside the pyramids. If they were slaves as those who used to spread rumors claimed or as it was shown in the cinema, they would not be allowed to be buried beside the king, was the slave equal to the god?
There workers put inside their tombs the tools and the things that would help them in the other life like the princes and the kings. We conclude from what Dr Zahi Hawwas had said that the pyramid’s workers were free people and not slaves. No foreigner had shared in building the pyramids. Scientists are now devoted to separate the atomic acid from the found skeletons of the workers. This separation would help to make a hereditary map for the ancient Egyptians. Afterwards they can compare it to the Egyptians of this era. This would lead to important scientific results that will link all Egyptians regarding their inherited qualities along the history.
We think that the discovery of the tombs of the pyramids’ builders is the greatest proof that the Ancient Egyptians were the pyramids’ builders. We did not know why these amateurs falsify history and why they did not believe that the pharaohs were the pyramids’ builders and why they spread rumors about Cheops’s pyramid only although building the other two pyramids at Giza also required a great effort. Nobody can answer all these questions. But we assure that the Ancient Egyptians had developed their life and had built their civilization along the ages. All their civilizations had not been raised from emptiness but they were the result of work, experiences and sciences that had developed along thousands of years. To prove that Egypt’s civilization had developed along the ages, we are going to give, as follows, a historical summary for the life of the Egyptian person since the earliest ages. Nobody can answer all these questions. Summary of ancient Egypt’s civilization. Remains of civilizations established in the Egyptian desert since the early times were found.
The axe was the most important of the stone tools and man knew how to use fire.

The most important of three stages and most recent. Stone industries appeared and the industry of tools spread and developed. During it drought increased and rains decreased. The desert cases spread. The civilization of the Old Stone Age ended about the year 10000 B. C.
It goes back to 60 000 or 55000 BC. In it, man moved to the Delta, Fayyoom, and Middle Egypt. He learnt agriculture. It was a civilization preceding the civilizations of that time.
It was a small village along the eastern bank of the Nile at the locality of Badari in the Governorate of Assuit. Its civilization existed about 4800 (B.C). The dead were shrouded in leathers and straw mats and they were buried looking towards the west. The most distinguished quality of this civilization was the manufacture of black pottery. It is believed that this civilization is one of the phases of El-Badari civilization.
The dead had many utensils buried with them. The use of copper appeared and they used beds made of wood.
It was one of the towns of the Kena governorate. Scientists divided its civilization into first Nekada and second Nekada, and its civilization was distinguished by economical progress and art.
It lies on the western part of the Delta, 50 km. north-west of Cairo. One of its distinguished characteristics of its civilization was that they buried their dead with their faces turned towards the east. This was in the year 4400 (B.C). This civilization is not known as the rest of civilizations.
From this summary it is clear to us that the Egyptian civilization is the result of consecutive civilizations and from the earliest ages, and its is not an upswing among civilizations.
