High School, and I'll be fifteen this October.
I am living in michigan. I like to read books, and write
them too, learning about history, listening to punk rock, and watching
television. My favorite books are the harry potter series, my
favorite movies are Save The Last Dance, The Patriot, and Cinderella. My
favorite shows are Stargate sg1, Charmed, and Matchgame pm. I hope to
become a teacher and open my own "unschooling" school.

Being a member on this ThinkQuest team has been an enriching experience
for me. It not only gives an opportunity to delve into deeper realms
regarding the topic chosen which gives a recount of the changes taking
place in our world, it also gives a chance to exercise some skills that
we have already accquired from previous experiences and also to learn
some new skills, both in terms of computing skills and project
management skills. It also gives an opportunity of going beyond cultural
barriers to come together to accomplish something that I might have never a
chance to do if had I not come across and participate in this
competition. In all, this has been a wonderful and most fullfilling and enriching
experience in working with my team members.
Hello, I am Ho. I am in the same school as Tan. I am 17 this year and my favorite pastime is surfing the Net to chat with friends and checking out the lastes developments in IT.
To be in this ThinkQuest team is indeed challenging. We learned much stuffs within this short 6 months. We not only researched, but we have also learned how to set up websites. Although our entry is not professional, we have put in our best. Because of ThinkQuest, we gained motivation to learn things that are not within our syllabi. It pushed us to our limit. Most importantly, we knew each other better. This especially applies to Doron as I only know her through this competition. We also met other ThinkQuest participants over the Net. Through conversations with them, we gained enlightment as in new ways and new angles to look at problems. Such problem-solving skills are hard to come by. Hence, we have really gained alot through this competition, no matter whether we win or not.
