Space is a vast area filled with numerous possibilities. What will man use these possibilities for? Why money of course. And what else will they do? They shall mine the asteroids, make luxury hotels, and outer space swimming pools and other extraordinary things there is even talk of hotels in space based after shows and movies about space like Star Wars and Star Trek and other shows and movies that are similar
The Now

Right know a trip to space is available for a about $20,000,000 [I feel faint] and that's a bit out of some countries price range much less normal people so space commercialization will be costly for a while but prices should go down as new competitors arise.
Also, a Las Vegas casino owner is spending $50,000,000 to make a space casino right now, showing how fast this industry is growing. Then there is the one thing most of us have overlooked but is in our every day lives: satellites for TV, which, believe it or not, is within the space industry.
The Future

The future of space is also a promising development. NASA is working ever so slowly on a reusable rocket ship for continual travel from Earth to space and the plans of hotels are being started using the same format as the star labs. The hotels will need 24-hour service to satisfy the time differentials of each area of the globe. Also, people have plans to set up space billboard when the space is a popular tourist attraction.
The areas in plan are also a big swimming pool with artificial gravity by spinning the pool so you can drive in to the center of the area and float in air or go to the sides to dive in water. Also there could be gyms of space sports such as a room with zero-g and floating blobs of water. As long as there are potential profits, commercialization of space is a promising industry.
