The "2000 Annual report o the state of the drugs problem in the
European Union" is created by EMCDDA.
With this 2000 Annual report on the state of the drugs problem in the European Union, the European Monitoring Centre for Drugs and Drug Addiction (EMCDDA) presents to the EU and its Member States an overview of the drug phenomenon in Europe at the start of the new millennium.
