FENTANYL AND ITS DERIVATIVESFentanyl is the "father" of a whole new group of synthetic analgetics. Fentanyl is a strong and quickly acting analgetic. It is about a hundred times stronger than morphine, but the effect continues not more than 30-60 minutes. It causes euphoria, but its short effect makes narcotic-addicts avoid its usage.
