LSD
The effect of all the hallucinogens, namely LSD, over the mind is indisputable.
Many scientists and brain-workers have tried it. Not to mention the millions
who took it simply because they were curious what there was in their own
heads. Unfortunately the authorities in most countries look upon serious
scientific research over hallucinogens in a way that very much resembles
the viewpoint of the medieval priests over autopsy. Therefore there is
not much data on the substances, which have similar characteristics. Usually
the newly synthesized substances are first tested on animals. But the
results of such tests are hopeless. It is hard to tell what a lab mouse
feels when under the influence of such substance, especially when we don’t
know anything about the “soul” of the mouse.
