Tips for a Good Night's Rest (Cont'd)

Listen to what your body says, not what YOU say: Only sleep when you're sleepy, there is no use forcing yourself to sleep. If you are unable to fall asleep after some time lying on bed, try doing something in dim light, but remember do not spoil your eyes this way. Also, never exercise before bedtime; you are never going to sleep well with a palpating heart and adrenaline rush.

Partners: If you have a sleeping partner, ask him/her if you have some problems like snoring or irregular leg movement. If the problem pursues, seek consultation from doctors. By the way, if you also notice your partner snores, tell him/her, you're helping him/her and yourself.
