Nina Mann

Hey! My name is Nina Mann and I am a sophmore in high school! I was the content writer/researcher for our website. I was in charge of gathering articles and books about our topic (computers), and then compiling all that I had learned from these articles and books into a coherent piece of writing. Although it was a LOT of hard work searching the Internet about how digital cameras worked and poring through the library for books about Bill Gates's childhood, it is a great feeling looking back and seeing all that my team and I had accomplished. It's also great looking at how much I had learned over the past summer!

During the school year, I enjoy running cross-country (well, not the running part of it, but everything else!), playing basketball and volleyball, and playing the piano. Hopefully, we'll have successful cross-country, basketball, and volleyball seasons! Other hobbies of mine are eating and sleeping!

Hopefully, after I graduate from high school, I'll be able to get into an IVY league school, preferably MIT, Princeton, or Duke (Is Duke an IVY league school? I'm not sure… but I want to go there!). As for what I want to be when I grow up, I honestly have no clue. I'm not one of those lucky folks who have grown up knowing that they want to be a doctor, a lawyer, or a fireman. At least nowadays, I'll have plenty of time to decide what I want to do, and if I don't like my major, I'll be able to change it at least half a dozen times!
