A: For the most stable Windows OS, we would recommend Windows 2000 or Windows XP. Q: Would you recommend Linux? A: Linux is a very good Operating System, although you won't have the selection of programs that you have with Windows. Q: What is a good website for a newcomer to computers? A: I recommend CNet or ZDNet. Q: Where can I get a good computer? A: You could try a big computer company like Gateway or Dell. You could also try making your own system. This will require buying each component of a computer individually. This way is much cheaper and more fun! Q: What should I do if my system is infected by a Virus? A: If your computer is already infected, there may be little to nothing that you can do. You can try download an anti-virus program like McAfee or Norton. |
