A: We incorporate HTML, Perl, Flash, 3D Graphics, and JavaScript into our site to make it as user friendly as possible.

Q: My browser doesn't support JavaScript, what should I do?
A: Go to Microsoft's Website and get the latest version of Internet Explorer.

Q: Can I use Netscape with your site?
A: The site does work with Netscape 4.7, but not Netscape 6.1.

Q: Can I look at the Items in the Start Bar with Windows Explorer?
A: Yes. Right click on the Start button and click Explore.

Q: Can I add Toolbars to my Taskbar?
A: Yes. Just right click on an open spot on the taskbar and to to Toolbars -- New Toolbar.

Q: Can I customize my Start Menu?
A: Yes. Go to Start -- Settings -- Taskbar and Start Menu. There are a few options that you can customize.

Q: How often should I defragment my hard drive?
A: Once every month is a good timeframe to stick by. If you save or play games a lot, then once a week would probably be better.

Q: How can you find out how much RAM Memory your system has?
A: You can find how much RAM Memory is on your system by right clicking on the My Computer Icon on the desktop.

Q: What is a CD-R/CD-RW?
A: A CD-R/CD-RW, also known as a CD Burner, can record information or music onto a CD.

Q: What is an Optical Mouse?
A: An optical mouse is a mouse that uses laser technology instead of the old mouse ball to move the cursor around on the screen.

Q: What Operating System would you recommend?
A: For the most stable Windows OS, we would recommend Windows 2000 or Windows XP.

Q: Would you recommend Linux?
A: Linux is a very good Operating System, although you won't have the selection of programs that you have with Windows.

Q: What is a good website for a newcomer to computers?
A: I recommend CNet or ZDNet.

Q: Where can I get a good computer?
A: You could try a big computer company like Gateway or Dell. You could also try making your own system. This will require buying each component of a computer individually. This way is much cheaper and more fun!

Q: What should I do if my system is infected by a Virus?
A: If your computer is already infected, there may be little to nothing that you can do. You can try download an anti-virus program like McAfee or Norton.
