Hello Everyone! My name is Cory. I’m currently 16 years old and I live in Brockway, Pennsylvania. I’m going to be a junior this fall at the Brockway Area High School. This is my first year participating in the ThinkQuest competition, but I doubt it will be my last. My interest in programming started when I was 13. I started by teaching myself Visual Basic and moved onto more advanced languages, such as C++. The site we created helped me convey some of the information I have gathered throughout the years. The competition also allowed me to interact with very skilled and interesting people.

In the end, I think this was a great experience and a very educational one as well. Having to dedicate so much time to the subject of C++ is hardly noticeable because I enjoy this object oriented language so much! It amazed me how addictive this knowledge had become! I found myself downloading tutorials and other documents such as Flash, Fireworks, PHP, JavaScript and HTML of course, just so I could enhance the site. I hope to keep in contact with my team members and start another exciting project.
