Many people say that every scientist is a philosopher as they try to untangle all the mysteries of this world. Actually, every artist and poet is philosopher too. They show us how life can be enjoyable and colourful.

Xu Zhimo, as one of the most famous poets in China, was himself a philosopher too, though he once said that he did not like philosophy. In his eyes, philosophy is just a tool that people use to attack each other in order to protect their own belief. In the ancient world, this might be true, but philosophy has grown up and covers almost every aspect of our life.

Xu Zhimo was a person who never stopped seeking truth, freedom, love and reality. His way of living, his endless passions for love and life have influenced many people in China, especially the youth.
