Giancarlo
I live in Italy, in Como.
This the first time I was involved with TQ!
As his coach, I encouraged James to work hard and gave him suggestions on his
layout and site-graphics.
Memory and memorization
really are interesting subjects. This may be because they are connected with
one of the most mysterious human parts: the brain!
The team's choice of topics caught me because of its complexity and its multi-sectorial
connotations. One of the team's merits was to be able to solve these problems
even if living so far apart.
Each of us working or studying
has to solve the problem every day : how to memorize things?
Dates, alphanumerical codes, theorems, poems or simply texts -- we memorize
things in differents ways, all based on the standard used in literature.
During my past life as a
student, (but still today I'm working) I just used the repetition-system to
memorize. I tried to divide things into parts and then to reconnect these after
using associations! An example: connecting hard dates or codes with every day
actions or with simpler date!
