General Information - Aliens

Definition: Any being or creature that cannot be immediately identified by the witness as earthly.

Aliens are only reported at around 10% of all UFO sightings that are left unexplained (which is only 10%). The technical term for this is a close encounter of the third kind. For the other classes of encounter, see above under "UFOs" heading. The most likely reason for this, in theory, is that they only see the need to land in these occasions or because the craft crash lands, which if all reported UFO sightings are true, is not very often even though there are many famous crashes. However, we must keep in mind that if all UFO sightings were in fact intelligent life forms from another planet, than there would be hundreds, maybe thousands of UFOs in Earth's atmosphere every night!
