Formulae A
formula expresses a rule in algebraic form To
evaluate a formula, we use the process of substitution.
Example If
V=1/3 Ah, find V when A = 43 and h = 6. V
= 1/3(43)(6)
= 86 For
more help, please go to Evaluation
of Algebraic Expressions. Formulae
can be constructed to solve equations. The following examples show how to
construct them.
