Griffin has been doing web authoring and
design for the last 5-6years. He excels in
HTML, JavaScript, PERL/CGI, and Photoshop.
He also has dabbled in FLASH. He has also
taken an interest in radio broadcasting
and audio production. He currently is
employed at Results Radio(HOT 104.7) in Sioux Falls, SD.
What's in the future for this bright kid? Not
even Griffin knows, but it sure seems
promising.

Gordon has taken an interest in the inspiring
world of writing in the past several years. He
is an aspiring author. He currently has one
manuscript of poetry that is as of now being
considered for publication. He is also working on
a science fiction novel. His plans for the
future are to attend the University of Minnesota
as a double major in English and Political
Science. His plans for the distant future may
include politics.

Mission Statement:
JESTERCREW was created with the youth of America in mind. JESTERCREW opens new
opportunities for upcoming young writers. We provide the means needed for young
writers to reach the public with their work, not to mention help them learn about
different forms and styles of writing. JESTERCREW is a tool for the young and
upcoming writers to use as a way to further their careers and realize their goals.
History of JESTERCREW:
JESTERCREW originally was created as Griffin's personal web page. The idea for
JESTERCREW wasn't realized until the summer of 2000. Since then much work and
time have been invested in the evolution and maturity of JESTERCREW. JESTERCREW
has survived several page layouts and countless changes in code. It has evolved
from the simple idea of people sharing literature online to becoming an online
literature community that not only allows users to share but also educates them.
It has been a constant struggle for two teenagers to balance school, debate, band,
jobs, and retaining a social life along with nurturing JESTERCREW.
JESTERCREW Right Now:
Right now JESTERCREW incorporates user registration, submission of poetry and short
stories, along with the link up section which is JESTERCREW's form of a never-ending
story. JESTERCREW also offers writing tutorials on different forms and styles of
poetry and prose.
JESTERCREW is in the process of developing a login center that will allow users to
send messages to other users, edit their profile information, add and delete their
work, and will include the administration utilities that will aid in the maintenance
of the site
The Future and JESTERCREW:
JESTERCREW is in a constant state of evolution. We are always thinking of new and
better ways to service our users. One of our main goals for JESTERCREW is to
incorporate video and audio files of the authors reading their work. That way,
not only will you be able to read the authors work, but also can see the way that
the author intended it to be read.
JESTERCREW's Goals:
JESTERCREW's biggest goal in the future is to advertise young aspiring authors to
publishers that can open even more doors for them. Another goal of ours is to compete
to the best of our ability in the Thinkquest Internet Challenge. Other short-term goals
include: continual addition and updates to the writing tutorials, enhance JESTERCREW's
features, and advertise for the site. Another goal of JESTERCREW's is to be a role model
for all young persons that wish to accomplish and fullfill their dreams and goals as we
at JESTERCREW did. As always JESTERCREW's most important goal is and will remain keeping
a close personal contact with all of it's users.
