Our Artists

The reality of Chilean artists is a bit disappointing. Because they are not able to have a good standard of living, due to the fact that at the some time most of them have to divide their time between art and a job, that most of the times they don't even like. Because of this reality they put off their dreams and ideas, many of them have to abandon their projects. In spite of all that, our artists continue displaying, expressing, this is what we are considering.

If we catalogue the themes of their works, we notice that soul prevails in their intention, making them to assume a kind of style that characterizes them. So we support their mission, considering them as representatives of a generation that is trying to overcome its unforgotten past, but creating and present and a future.

From the words, the symbols, the figures, the colors, the movements and the concepts in general, the creative constructions are countless, as well as the ideas they want to project. Chile is a country growing in the artistic aspects, that doesn't know where it goes, which are its roots and what is its vision of the world, mainly for the creators. For example, a short time ago it was not easy to have access to art, even it was there but in a isolated form, growing till now not in an open way but with a strong energy, all this is seen in the relation that exists between the art work and the spectator who has become closed with time.

Some measures of the government to have new instances for art are influencing, adding to this the strength of our artists.
