One of the black influences  today  as tradition  is the cookery.

The cookery of black origin, is appreciated by all the social classes without distinction. A lot of times people consume typical plates without knowing its origin and that they make it without prejudice.

A typical example that frequents the table of the Brazilians  is the feijoada. The feijoada is a plate made with the parts less noble of the meats consumed by  families. What remained of an abated pig it was supplied the blacks as alimentary complement.

Below some revenues that were born at the slave quarters.

01 - Feijoada

Ingredients

(For 15 people)

1 1/2 kg of black bean (new)

½ kg of cured Calabrian lingüiça

½ kg of Portuguese linguiça

PÉ DE MOLEQUE-(FOOT - OF - YOUNG BOY)

Ingredients:

· 01 cup of the one of tea of corn glucose

· 02 cups of the one of tea of sugar

· 03 cups of the one of peanut tea

· 01 tablespoon of bicarbonate

01 - scratched of Green Côco

* 2 (two) cups of tea of côco water

* 1 (a) kilo of granulated sugar

* grated côco of two green côcos

* I nail of the Indian

- Vatapá

Ingredients

· 200 gr of toasted peanut

· 100 gr of chestnuts of cashew toasts

· 200 gr of dry shrimps without peels

· to Mill these ingredients, one to a, and to reserve

· 6 bread slices

· 1 glass of coconut milk

· to Place the sauce bread in the coconut milk.

· 2 oil tablespoons

· 1 pricked medium onion

Beaten · 2 cloves of garlic

· 500 g of fresh fish

· 500 g of fresh shrimp seasoned with salt and lemon juice

· 1 teaspoon of grated ginger

· 1 cup of tea of pricked green smell

· 4 branches of pricked cilantro

· salt and pepper malagueta like it

· 3 tablespoons of dendê oil

- Caruru

Ingredients:

· 3 kg of quiabo verdinho

· 300 ml of dendê oil

· 250 brown g.de of cashew (triturated)

· 250 g. of toasted peanuts (triturated)

· 300 g of dry shrimp (triturated)

· 4 medium cebolas

· 5 medium tomatoes

· 2 big peppers

· 1 cilantro maço

· 1 green onion maço

· salt with garlic

· 3 lemons
