How to find a particular topic in your site?

To find a specific topic in our site, following links listed on our site map. Links for all content pages in our site are listed there. You may also try our internal search engine.

How come I see ET language on your pages?

If you see "stange codes" instead of "text", keep calm. Check if you are choosing the right browser encoding. Our default browser encoding for English and German Version is "ISO-8859-1", and that for Chinese Version is "Big-5".

To change browser encoding for:

Internet Explorer:
Go up to the menu bar at the top of the window.
Find "View" =>. "Encoding" => Select the right code

Netscape Navigator:
Go up to the menu bar at the top of the window.
Find "View" =>. "Character Set" => Select the right code

What can I do if the menu bar can't be displayed properly?

Dynanic menu bar technology only works for 4.0+ javascript enabled browsers. If you are using 4.0+ browsers, check if you have disabled javascript.
Go to "Tools" => "Internet Options" for Internet Explorer, and
"Edit"=> "Preferences" for Netscape Navigator.

If you are not using 4.0+ browsers, you should have been directed to pages with simple links menu. In case you are not, use the text links located at the bottom of each page.

To check your browser version, select "Help" => "About (name of your browser)"

If the menu bar suddenly stuck while you are browsing the pages, try the "Refresh" button from your browsers. If problem persists, complain using the form mail.

Can I reproduce materials on your site?

It depends. For copyrighted materials not owned by us, you may NOT reproduce them in any form without the prior permissions from the property owners. You may find out contacts of the property owners at References.

For materials owned by us, a prior permission is required for all uses. Waiver is granted for non-profit use of all materials, other than the Logo and the Title, with proper credit line given (The Logo refers to "home.jpg" and the Title refers to "title.jpg"). Explicit approval of use is not required in such case.
