Randomness summed up is basically just crazy junk that happens. More techincally, random phenomenon has unpredictable results but nevertheless have a regular distribution after many repititions. This sets the stage for probability, as the probability of an event is definted as the proportion of times the result arises after repetitions of a random phenomenon.
