The rate of unemployment is increasing
in South Africa due to retrenchment caused by the new modern mechinaries
which are import by South Africa , these machinaries occupies approximately
10% of the company's employees . As a result this causes a decrease in
the PAYE tax of our economy . The inadequate access to the knowledge of
job creation .
