In parliament the should be a reasonable number of parliamentary members .The gorverment must be dedicated to serve employees interests , limit labour conflicts and inhibit strikes activity strategies . They should work towards the creation and maintenance of a cheap and docile labour force . Suppression of labour unions and substitution with weak workplace structures . Promote employees participation in decision making at the workplace. Ensure economic growth and encourage investment . Restructuring and empowerment of the Ministry labour and Department of labour and the introduction of a completely new labour legislation
