In London, there is 'London Lorry Ban' while in Tokyo,
    there is 'Loop7'.They are both used to limit some types
    of cars to enter a region in a specific period of time. 

In Hong Kong, starting from 1995, lorries are prohibited
    to use Lai King Hill Road from 11:00pm to 7:00am.
      However, the police have to spend human efforts for
    guarding the road during that time.
