Injuries

One thing, I am not a doctor nor am I a chiropractor. The hints that I will give you on how to cure an injury come souly from experience!
Lets start with bruses; whenever you get a big bang the first thing you should do is put ice on it to stop the swelling (I'm sure you've all heard of this!), when that is done there is one cream that I do recomend it's called Arnica, it will have the bruise gone in less than four days. If you get a cut or a nick during training, wipe it with a damp cloth or wash it out with oxigenated water (I know it hurts but it's worth it), and let it dry, then put a cream called calendula around the cut or if it's very small you can put it on the cut as well. Sprained ankles, sprained wrists or back pains, the first thing would be an ice pack for no more than 10 to 15 minutes, then a hot tub with vinager in it (preferable apple, that way you don't stink when you get out!). After that a chiropractor would be a good idea. When you get cramps in your legs streatch them out, it hurts but it goes away faster, if you get cramps too often you lack potassium in your body (now this is not expeirience its medically proven!) so eat lots of bananas!!! And well just a basic recomendation is, if you don't have a chiropractor, get one quick!!!
