and advertising, fashion trends changed rapidly. every few months,
the colour or design of the season would alter, evolving in phase around
the world, with the wider circulation of International fashon magazines. |

There was a revived interest in ethic clothings, especially
thoses with embriorded designs. Ehnic dresses were worn to formal
occassions, as casual daywear, usually with matching embroidered slippers. |

and simplicity. A back to basics, back to nature change in the fgashion
scene took place, after the loud and alamourous era of the 1980s. |

popularity of clothes with sleek, futuristic designs. Clothes were made
with neat, defined cuts to give it the techno look. However, these designs
were not as commonly found worn in streets as on designers' walkways. |
