That mankind have come this far, is exceedingly because of the bunch of nerve cells called the brain. But how
is it possible for an apparently useless lump to create war, hatred, art and love? Is it the brain that makes
us intelligent and what is the brain actually?
The brain is mankind's most important and most developed organ. Neurologists and other scientist have for years
tried to understand this brilliant grey mass in hope of making the world a better place. If we knew more about
the brain today than we do, it would not only affect the cure of unpleasant brain diseases. It would also give
us an enormous insight in the human intuition and why we behave like we do.
For a long time it has been a fact, that the brain consist of billions of specially build cells named neurons.
The neurons are connected in an enormous network, hence the name - neural network.
