Training of the neural network was introduced (only on a psychological level), when Hebb in 1949 published the
book " The organization of behaviour." Hebb suggested that the brain is going through one big change the whole
life, and thereby it learns tasks. When two neurons, connected to each other, fires at the same time, their
connection is strengthened and thereby there is a greater possibility that the same two neurons will fire again.
Hebb's book was used a lot by psychologists, but unfortunately it had no interest among engineers.
In 1962, Frank Rosenblatt showed how to train a network of BDN's. He made it possible by the help of the
neurons synaptic strengthes. To train the network, Rosenblatt could change a little on the synaptic strengthes
each time the network gave a wrong answer. Thereby the network gave a right answer instead. The training of the
neural network is one of the areas, which is researched the most today.
