It's botanical name is Taraxacum officinale Web. It belongs to the
Asteráceas family, if use its infused leaves it has a digestive,
pectoral and diuretic action. If we use the decocted root is has a
pectoral, antifebrile and diaphoretic action. If we use leaves and
root together it will act as antimicrobe and if use its latex as
juice it will have an antiophthalmic action.
