It´s scientific name is Capsicum baccatum L. Var. Vaccatum and it
belongs to the Solanáceas' family. Using the fruits of this mountain
forest plant when they're mature or not, in fresh or pickled state,
we'll obtain an insecticide, tonic, antiseptic and diaphoretic action.
It can be used as condiment as well.
