Upgrading Within Precincts

The upgrading items within the precinct for the Basic and Standard packages may include the following:

• Addition of linkway, link building or covered shelter
• Entrance car porch
• Enlargement/relocation of dustbin compound with compactor
• Reconstruction of footpath/external staircases
• Reconstruction of hardcourt
• Upgrading of children's playground
• Provision of communal activities space, eg. BBQ pits, plaza, bird viewing corners etc.
• Provision of jogging track/fitness corner
• Landscaping and construction of boundary structure to define precinct

The improvements would vary from precinct to precinct depending on the site conditions and the residents' preference.
