Did you know the Indiana Dunes is actually made up of two parks? There is the Indiana Dunes National Lakeshore and the Indiana Dunes State Park which is nestled inside of the National Lakeshore. Both parks together equal only about 15,000 acres of land, 2,182 of which belongs to the Indiana Dunes State Park. On this page you'll find some general info about both of these parks.
