Bolivia 

The legislation promulgated in 1982 demand to the Ministry of Social Forecast and Public Health the creation of programs of education of masses to counteract the harmful effects of the tobacco, and the supervision of the employment of the social media for the publicity of the tobacco industry. It exists a formation advice and education for the health, created by the combined action of the Ministry of Social Forecast and Public Health and the Ministry of Education and Culture whose mission consists on analyzing the educational, included programs the education obligatory antitabáquica, dedicated to the systematized teaching and programmed of the education for the health. 

Brazil 

The legislation promulgated in 1986 settles down a national day against the tobacco (August of every year 22) and a national campaign that is carried out during the precedent week to inform the population about the dangers of the consumption of tobacco. 

Colombia 

The legislation of 1986 is about educational programs and campaigns of prevention of the use of the tobacco.
