It is forbidden to smoke in the schools, the centers of health, the closed public local and the vehicles dedicated to the public transportation. Areas differed for smokers in the closed public local should settle down. 

Brazil 

In May of 1990, the Ministry of Health adopted a resolution for the one which you prohíbe to smoke in all the public or private institutions of health. In the state of River of Janeiro it is forbidden to smoke in the meetings of the Federal Council of Medicine. 
At municipal level, the city of River of Janeiro has promulgated legislation to prohibit the consumption of tobacco in the buses and elevators, cinemas and theaters, trade and supermarkets, hospitals and services of health, museums, schools, garages and taxis.
