You have two people in the middle. There are four mats that are spread out like in a square. The two people in the middle have a ball. There should be 5 or 6 people on the mats. Then you start the game. You can't stay on base for more then 5 seconds. You move base to base. The game is over when you get everyone out.
Game: Knock Out

Play on basketball court.
Kids stand behind a free throw line. First person will shoot the ball, and the next person shoots. You keep shooting until you or the first person makes a basket! If the person behind you makes the basket before you do, then you are out. If you a make the basket before the person behind you, then you pass the ball to the next person in line, and the game repeats itself.
Equipment: 4 playground balls 6 bowing pins
Play in gym.
Three pins go on each side of gym. Divide group into two teams. One team goes on each side of the gym. In the center of the gym their should be a black line. That is the dividing line. Players may move about freely in their half of the gym. Players may put one foot over the centerline but not two. Each team tries to hit and knock down their opponents' pins with balls at the same time protecting your own. They may also throw and hit players, once a players throws the ball and the other team catches it, the player that threw the ball is out. If a player gets hit and doesn't catch it is out. If the ball is caught on a fly, the runner does not have to tag up. They may slide into the bases. *A runner must go around the bases 2 times. The scoring base is the left base from the kicker. -When scoring they must yell score and stand up against the wall until play has stopped. -You may catch a ball off the wall for an out. -Once the pitcher gets the ball in the large circle the runner must stop on the next mat. -If a player is throwing the ball back to the pitcher the runner can't go. -Defense may not go in front of the line.
