This is a ThinkQuest pondering the question, "What is Art?" We explored our city hoping to get an understanding of all that surround us. Living in Las Vegas is an experience that contrasts many other cities of its size. Replicas of art and architecture from all over the world line the strip. We wondered if these replicas are considered to be equal to the masterpieces they were made after, or if they are just tacky and gaudy decorations. Through our search we learned about the city we live in and some of the art that lies within. We also learned how the definintion of art is different all over the world.
