Dim Sum
The thousands of different kinds of Dim Sum are still served in the traditional bamboo steamers. Old Ladies still walk around the very elaborately decorated restaurants pushing trolleys which hold piles of these bamboo steamers placed on top of each other each containing dumplings, buns and other Cantonese delicacies.

Customers usually order about three or four dishes each and wash them down with Chinese tea.
Every morning, old people can be seen sipping tea and eating Dim Sum while reading their newspapers.
