Zhu Li was Zhu Yuanzhang's fourth son. He had outstanding military talent. He beat his bother -- Emperor HuiDi, and became the third emperor of Ming Dynasty. He changed the capital to Beijing(Peking), strengthened his own power. As his father, he thinked highly of the developement of science and culture.
