Aiming
To aim the cue accurately, one must have a good
knowledge in geometry and a good sense of direction. In a direct, head-on collision shot,
the ball will follow the direct path taken by the cue to collide with the ball. However,
in angular collision shots, the final angle between the two balls is always ninety degrees,
in whichever direction the cue hits the object ball. Using this notion, a diagram illustrates
