    Our primary source for information on Space Hygiene was Mr. Donald W. Rethke, also known as Dr. Flush, from Hamilton Sunstrand Systems.  Mr. Rethke was instrumental in the design of the shuttle space toilet.  His first hand knowledge was vital to our site.
