In benefit of the animal species, the society had developed certain strategies that have had the support of the governments occasionally, institutions of scientific character, civic organizations, companies and non government organizations to be able to fulfill in an effective way the purpose of conserving the biological diversity. Some ideas of what we can make are:
Abstain from consuming meat of wild fauna. Reject the restaurants that you/they offer " hunt "
Help to educate to others the importance of the fauna. The visits guided to the museums, to the zoological ones, expeditions to national parks and fauna
reserves, they can help it.
Develop or support educational programs directed to the rural populations.
Denounce the irregularities of the competent institutions.
Help to strengthen and to modernize political of conservation and the laws environmentalists, as the Law of Protection to the
wild animals, Penal Law and the Organic Law of the Atmosphere, Approbatory Law of the Agreement about the Biological Diversity.
Support the breeding of wild fauna in captivity, activity conservacionist that allows a sustained production of the
animals, at the same time, help to diminish the exploitation and pressure on the natural populations.
Don't buy wild animals. Denounce those who sell birds, monkeys, snakes and others. The illegal trade threatens the plants and the wild animals at world level.
If you are tempted to buy any kind of a the wild life, ask about the origin and species status. If the salesperson
is not sufficiently informed, think twice on his actions. Otherwise, their purchase can stimulate the illegal trade of the species, and to be confiscated before leaving the country that is visiting or of return to its house.
To brake the destruction, Venezuela and most of the countries have prohibited the extraction and the entrance of exotic species absolutely to their territory. A number smaller than countries has decided to maintain a legal, supposedly controlled trade and restricted to the species that are not threatened.
