Fat is in every food, exept fruits and vegetables.
Red and white meat gives saturated fat. Nuts, fishes and oil have got unsaturated fat.
Saturated fat cause cholesterol( it is produced by liver).
Moderate level of cholesterol is needed to health organism.
We don't need a lot of fat in our diet, because they appease hunger for long time.
